Booking Policy

All bookings require a £10 deposit. Deposits are non refundable if you cancel within 7 days of your appointment and non transferable to another date. I will hold your slot for 24 hours without a deposit before opening this up to others. Please let me know when you have transferred the deposit.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment MAY have to be re arranged, with another deposit.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not turn up, you'll be required to pay 100% of the total. IF THIS IS NOT PAID, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RE BOOK.

I do not remove anyone else's work. If you arrive with nails done elsewhere I charge extra for removal, IF I have time. If there

is no time for removal I will have to cancel the appointment.

If you are early please wait in your car until your appointment time, unless we have arranged otherwise. Send me a message to let me know you have arrived - if i am available we can start early.
